We are delighted to announce that we have won EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR in the recent INSPIRE11 BUSINESS AWARDS.  These awards are for companies that are recognised as leaders of innovation in the Hampshire area.  We beat stiff opposition including a global communications company that has its own university in China with headquarters in Basingstoke!

Woodlands & Hill Brow have won this award due to the investment we make in our staff and their training.  David Smys, from the sponsors of our award, felt that we stood out because of the exemplary way in which we listen to the feedback from our staff and residents and go that extra mile to ensure we act on their recommendations.

Alison Lee said that she was extremely pleased that Woodlands & Hill Brow has been recognised as a great place to work.  She believes that great staff produce great care which in turn produces high quality care for our residents.

Alison took 20 guests and members of staff to the Awards Dinner at the Hampshire Court Hotel in Basingstoke.  It was a great opportunity for everyone to dress up and they all looked fabulous!  It was important for Alison that they were all on the stage with her for the presentation so their hard work and commitment could be acknowledged.

As last year, Woodlands & Hill Brow were also delighted to be one of the three finalists in the SERVICE EXCELLENCE category.
