On Wednesday 27th June we had our yearly Staff Talent Competition. This is all done as a bit of fun and is a good team building exercise for our staff. All the residents loved watching the staff dress up and perform their acts.
This year we had 5 teams go head to head for the Wood Hill Cup; The admin girls, kitchen and housekeeping staff, hill house nurses and carers, woodlands staff and hill brow staff.
Residents from all three homes and relatives from the surrounding areas of Farnham and Fleet, came to watch the performances which included: The Can Can, singing, and dancing.
A big well done to the kitchen and housekeeping team that won! The Wood Hill Cup now takes pride of place in the reception area at Hill House.
Also thank you to all the members of staff that took part, and for all the effort they put into each performance. The residents had a brilliant afternoon and a good giggle at the funny costumes! We now can’t wait till next year’s competition!
