Hill House which is based in Farnham, Surrey, has applied for the prestigious Investors in People Gold award (IIP) for 2013.
Currently Hill House has the IIP silver award, but to achieve gold would make us one of only a handful of nursing homes in Surrey and Hampshire with the award.
IIP is all about implementing the best practises, being innovative, and providing an interesting and challenging training plan for staff members. This is so they can be motivated, effective, and productive and enables them to reach their full potentials.
