Hill House Nursing Home in Farnham, Surrey has been awarded the very prestigious Investors in People Gold Award (IIP) for 2013!
IIP recognises and awards organisations if they look after, develop and value their staff. One of the core values of IIP is to have a clear framework of training available to staff, so they can develop new skills and have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
The Gold Standard is awarded to only 3.2% of Investors in People accredited organisations. It demonstrates a focused commitment to the development and success of our staff, and the desire to continually improve and grow.
We believe that a care home is only as good as good as the staff who work there, and it is fabulous for the homes and staff to be recognised and awarded for all their hard work.
