October has been a busy month for activities at Hill House in Farnham. As well as our residents regular and favourite activities, we organised some extra events!

Friday 11th October we had a wonderful Harvest Festival service!

Thursday 17th October Stephen Mornish visited the home to sing a variety of old classic songs for our residents, after his stay they enjoyed tea and cake!

Friday 18th which was “Breast Cancer Awareness day” Woodlands, Hillbrow & Hill house raised £245 for Cancer Research Charity. Residents from each home came to Hill House where our staff wore pink! Residents were treated to a dance and afternoon tea on the day.

Tuesday 23rd October a daughter in law of a resident Ruth Sharland sang and entertained us with her group Hillarys Quartet, this was much appreciated by all.

Now we are getting on with the job of decorating the home for Halloweens BIG celebration on the 31st October!
