On Saturday 30th November, A CQC Inspector visited our home Hillbrow for a unannounced routine Inspection. The full report will shortly be published on CQC’s Website.
The Inspection found Hillbrow to be fully compliant in all areas and found residents were treated in respectful ways that maintained their Dignity.
During the Inspection residents, relatives and staff were asked for their opinions. Relatives told the Inspector “People were treated respectfully and the staff were kind and caring” A resident told the Inspector “the Staff are excellent, they are always cheerful and nothing ever seems to much for them”
Staff told the Inspector “They worked hard to provide the best possible care, while ensuring Hillbrow remained a Happy and homely place to live”
