Woodlands achieved the revered ‘Outstanding’ rating by CQC. Nationally less than 2% of care homes inspected by CQC achieve an Outstanding rating.
The CQC inspector commented:
“The service was outstanding in its attempts to involve people in their care and support”;
“The service was exceptional in helping people to enjoy their lifestyle and the service was exceptionally responsive to people’s needs, wishes and choices”.
We are very proud of all our staff in the big part they played in Woodlands being rated ‘Outstanding‘ by CQC in their recent unannounced inspection in September.
