Hill House was awarded a Certificate of Excellence by Hart District Council for Kitchen and Food Preparation Hygiene, after a routine unannounced inspection by an Environmental Health Officer on Thursday 31st January.
The Award of Excellence is given to kitchens and organisations who demonstrate excellent standards of food hygiene and food preparation.
This is now the third year we have achieved this Award of Excellence, which demonstrates Hill House’s commitment to food hygiene.
In addition to Harts award, we were also awarded A 5 and Very Good for Food Hygiene under the Food Standards Agency.
Well done and congratulations to all of our staff who work very hard in our kitchen at Hill House.
