Hill House in Farnham, celebrates Chinese New Year in style, continuing with our popular theme of celebrating different cultures and events.
On Monday 26th January it was our chance to celebrate the Chinese New Year while learning lots of interesting facts about China and the Chinese clothing, food and culture. We also made Chinese lanterns, decorated fortune cookies and learnt a bit about playing Mahjong, a popular Chinese tile based game developed during Qing Dynasty.
