Our family-run nursing care is ideal for general nursing needs, and those with more complex medical, physical needs. Hill House is rated Outstanding for Care by the CQC (Care Quality Commission).

We have 24-hour qualified and experienced nursing, and we never use agency staff. Our permanent care team build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.

We retain a GP and work in close partnership with them. Weekly GP visits are included as well as physiotherapy and chiropody. Families and residents receive monthly communications, as well as face to face care reviews.

Our physiotherapist partners work hand in hand with our team to build confidence, strengthen independence and ultimately with the aim to reduce falls. This reflects our holistic approach to care and enhancing the lives of our residents. 

State-of-the-art facilities and equipment feature throughout, from spa bathrooms for relaxing bubble baths, underfloor heating, large bed lifts, all to support residents’ comfort.

Nutritious, freshly prepared meals are an important part of daily life, with our chef’s using quality, fresh produce to create delicious menus. Our activities programme is diverse and enriching, with music and pet therapy to group trips out, ensuring there is always something special for everyone.

We pride ourselves on always being fully staffed and never having to use agency staff.
