Our team at Hill House Nursing & Dementia Home are highly trained and experienced in providing compassionate palliative care. Our aim is to ensure each individual is as comfortable, dignified and peaceful as possible throughout their care journey.
Palliative care requires empathy, understanding and emotional intelligence. Our Care Team works closely with residents and their families to provide support throughout this stage of life. This includes pain management, symptom control, and physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual support.
Residents and their families are involved in decisions at every stage of care. Our nurses also collaborate with a local hospice in Farnham for training.
We offer a calm and supportive home, with beautiful bespoke bedrooms, quiet lounges and a tranquil gardens.
Our higher-than-average staff ratio ensures that we have more time for each person, focusing on all aspects of wellbeing and comfort.
