The staff at Hill House Nursing and Dementia Home are highly trained and experienced in palliative care. We aim to make an individual’s final days as comfortable, dignified and peaceful as possible.
Palliative Care is a specialist care service requiring empathy and emotional intelligence. The Care Team work in partnership with the individual and their family to support them on this final journey. This includes pain management, symptom control, physical, psychological, spiritual and emotional support.
We offer the space, tranquillity and compassion, combined with dedicated nurses and carers to provide the support needed by individuals and their families during these difficult times. The residents and their families are consulted at every stage of their care.
A visitor’s room is provided for those who wish to stay overnight to be close to their loved ones.
All of our staff are now vaccinated against Covid and we do not use any Agency staff
Residents receive full 24 hour care from experienced nurses and carers.
