Chinese New Year Week
Celebrating the Chinese New Year at Hill house with an arts morning making Chinese drums, games of Chinese-themed bingo and we also enjoyed a delicious lunch! It’s the Year of the Horse but the hoofed visitors of the week were a pair of billy goat brothers, Didi and Bowser!

Outing
Residents enjoyed a delightful group trip out to Chalk in the Park Cafe on Wednesday afternoon. There was an indulgent selection of delicious cakes to choose from to accompany their teas and coffees.
Perfect company, perfect outing!
Shrove Tuesday
It wasn’t just the start of the Chinese New year but also the beginning of Lent, and we celebrated with a morning of making traditional pancakes.
The favourite topping was, of course, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar!
