Hill House is truly a family concern with outstanding care services.

Hill House Nursing and Dementia Home provides outstanding 24 hour nursing, dementia, palliative and respite care. The care team is led by our Director of Care Jo Grinyer, who has a wealth of experience and knowledge in nursing and dementia care. Jo, alongside the owner Alison Lee leads a team of highly qualified nurses in gerontology, dementia and palliative care. All of the staff are permanently employed and we do not use any agency staff.

At Hill House we have a high staff to resident ratio and our staffing levels are amongst the best in the care sector. The staff have the time to understand and get to know our residents and their care requirements. We encourage our staff to care for the residents as if they were their own family, always putting the residents care, respect and dignity above all else.

All of our staff are now vaccinated against COVID-19 and we do not use any agency staff.
