The care team is led by our owner Alison Lee (RGN), who leads a team of highly qualified nurses in gerontology, dementia and palliative care.
Our Manager Shabana, alongside her Deputy Cristy are both qualified nurses, ensuring experienced clinical leadership throughout the home.
With an exceptionally high staff to resident ratio of 1:3 ½, our team has the time to understand each resident, their individual needs and the things that matter most to them.
Over 50% of our team have been with us for over 5 years, which ensures that our experienced team really get to know each resident and care for them like their own family.
We pride ourselves on always being fully staffed and never having to use agency staff.
