Father’s Day Week
Celebrating Father’s Day and all the wonderful men in our home this week at Hill House. We enjoyed a game of beer and skittles, spent time out in the garden enjoying the sunshine, reminisced about fathers and childhoods, had a lovely tea party and on Sunday enjoyed a delicious pastry and coffee morning and cheese and beer afternoon, as well as treating all the men to a beer and doughnuts along with a special gift from us all at Hill House.
Physio
Our regular physiotherapy group continues to be a highlight of the week, giving the opportunity to stay active while having fun together.
The sessions include a variety of gentle stretches, games and exercises designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mobility. Taking part in regular physical activity also helps boost confidence, supports overall wellbeing, and encourages social interaction.
Photos of the Week
It’s been another busy and enjoyable week, with a wide variety of activities offering something for everyone to enjoy.
From games and puzzles that kept minds active, to relaxing afternoon tea with friends, there have been plenty of opportunities to socialise, laugh, and make happy memories. Our music sessions and choir continue to be favourites, bringing everyone together through song and creating a wonderful atmosphere.
