Our theme this week at Hill House was around the world. For the dish of the day our lovely Chef Jade chose Germany with Chicken Schnitzel, red cabbage, new potatoes and salad.
This was followed by Rote Grüze (cherries and berries with cream). All washed down with a Heineken.
