For an amazing 9th year in a row, we are immensely proud to have won an award for being rated in the top 20 Care Home Groups nationally by Carehome.co.uk.
The award is in recognition for the high scores of 9.9, achieved for all 4 homes and the number of positive and good reviews our 4 homes have received of 115, over the current year.
We would like to thank our outstanding colleagues and teams in our 4 homes of Woodlands, Hill Brow, Farnham Mill and Hill House. We are particularly proud of their dedication in caring for our residents and we are hugely proud of the fact that in over 40years we have never needed to use any agency staff.
Lastly, we would like to thank all our residents and their relatives, who have taken the time and effort to write a review about the care/services our 4 homes provide. It really is appreciated by all of us.
